Carolyn Hoong helps her patients achieve optimal beauty, health & wellness using a natural, holistic & drug-free approach with integrative collaboration. She practices Traditional Chinese Medicine - which includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, massage and qi gong.
Carolyn is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctoral Fellow of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. She received her Master's of Acupuncture & Traditional Oriental Medicine degree with honors from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine. Dedicated to providing exceptional care for her patients and staying abreast of modern science and research backed methods while being rooted in the wisdom and efficacy of time-tested treatments, she passionately pursues a Doctorate in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and continuing education - bridging Western and Eastern Medicine for integrative collaboration and approach to healthcare.
Carolyn specializes in Pain Relief, Facial Rejuvenation, Women's Health, Neurological Diseases & Mental Health; while she is trained in and accepts patients with a wide variety of ailments. Carolyn has been practicing mindfulness & meditation and studying Buddhist & Western Psychology for over 20 years under the guidance of Venerable Buddhist Monks, Buddhist Masters & amazing healers. She has been known to combine the wisdom of Buddhist & Western Psychology in her therapeutic approach. Carolyn is especially skilled in treating feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and insomnia; and helping practical yet spiritual people achieve a state of balance, fulfillment, and accomplish amazing things by improving their relationship with themselves and others.
